Job Details:
OBJETIVO GENERAL:
Controlar los precios de venta y compra de producto en el sistema de Tyson México para garantizar la rentabilidad de la compañía y buscar la mejor eficiencia del catálogo de productos tanto en mezcla como para la competitividad en el mercado.
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS:
- Diseñar la estrategia de precios, comunicación de la lista de precios y de los incrementos para garantizar la venta óptima de todos los productos del catálogo de la compañía.
- Apoyar con conocimiento financiero al resto de áreas de la compañía para garantizar la rentabilidad de todas las propuestas de venta.
- Construir las listas de precios adecuadas para cada canal de venta y categorías de productos que garanticen el ingreso de la compañía.
- Elaborar los análisis de ganancias y pérdidas (P&L) de productos nuevos para controlar el impacto financiero de los mismos.
- Crear la política de descuentos de inventario por caducar, descatalogados, segundas, etc. para tener establecidas las reglas de negocio cuando se deban vender productos de ese tipo.
- Conseguir información del mercado y responsable de su distribución para marcar tendencias y contribuir a la planeación de estrategia de venta de la compañía.
- Revisar la igualdad entre los precios de órdenes de compra y la factura de venta de producto terminado y materias primas provenientes de los proveedores para controlar los gastos de venta de los mismos.
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:
- Carga de precios de facturación a clientes en sistema Legacy a demanda.
- Elaboración anual (o según sea necesario) de la lista de precios por código de producto, comunicación y coordinador de la ejecución de esta.
- Solicitud de precios de transferencia de productos provenientes de Tyson EU de diferentes categorías.
- Carga de precios de compra de producto de Tyson EU en sistema Legacy.
- Balancear precios por producto según el canal de venta.
- Control del P&L de nuevos productos.
- Revisión de precios en las facturas de compra de materia prima y producto terminado y ajuste de las mismas cuando haya discrepancias.
- Creación, control y seguimiento puntual de lista de precios para México y otras regiones de Latinoamérica dependiendo de las necesidades de cada región.
- Obtener y/o calcular costos relacionados respecto al proceso de importación y entrega final al cliente con el fin de asegurar la rentabilidad de la operación y un precio competitivo para el cliente.
- Efectuar, en los casos requeridos, la recotizacion con el fin de adecuar la misma a las necesidades del cliente.
REQUSITOS:
- Excel avanzado
- Inglés conversacional
- Experiência en administración de ventas, pricing, finanzas, comercio exterior, al menos 1 año
