How to contribute to our vision

  • Advices management and employees in all questions related to C&B.
  • Maintains fairness and effectiveness of reward programs for assigned employee groups.
  • Responds to inquiries from the various units.
  • Plans and supervises reward projects, i.e. in case of mergers, acquisitions or integrations.
  • Performs market benchmark reports and other C&B related analysis and provides to management.
  • Initiates necessary adjustments of processes in specialist departments.
  • May develop or propose global, regional or local ensure C&B regulations are in line with respective guidelines and regional or local law.
  • Executes a consistent position evaluation based on respective structure for all relevant positions for (an) assigned organization(s).
  • May reconcile payroll accounts.
  • May have functional leadership role responsibility for a team or project team.
