Kuehne-Nagel, one of the world's leading logistics companies in the world, is looking for an experienced recruiting team lead for Mexico.

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, North America Region, you'll lead a team of recruiters and lead hiring discussions with business leaders.

Your Role :As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team Lead for KN Mexico, you will oversee a team of recruiters while managing your own recruiting portfolio. You are successful because you have a strategic and hands-on approach leading recruiting teams while managing a diverse range of your own positions. You will be an important member of the North American Regional TA leadership team for Kuehne Nagel.

Your Responsibilities :You will manage a team of consultative recruiters to ensure the successful hiring of top talent for both office worker and high-volume warehouse staffing roles

  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent for KN Mexico.
  • You will build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and identify solutions for improvement.
  • You will develop relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources to provide a diverse talent pool.
  • As part of your team lead responsibilities you will create reports to track recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and other measurements.
  • Manage your own recruiting portfolio, sourcing and filling positions for your own hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruiting practices.
  • Collaborate with the North American Talent Acquisition leadership team to ensure progress toward our team goals

Your Skills and Experiences :You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • You have at least five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting of logistics roles including operational roles (forklift drivers and warehouse associates).
  • In addition, you have at least two years of experience leading a team of recruiters.
  • You speak both Spanish and English.
