ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ultimately, it will set you up for a successful career ahead the chance to progress in your career according to your preferences and results.
  • Ensure compliance of the sales KPIs and product impact.
  • Support the strategic plans of the brand.
  • Support of brand activities to satisfy the needs of the market consumer.
  • Work with Trade Marketing, Activation in preparation of participation programs.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the activities of the cycle plan.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

  • A fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Marketing etc. (cumulated less than 3 years of experience since graduation year).
  • Possess leadership traits proven through extracurricular activities.
  • Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills.
  • Upbeat, selfmotivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with drive and ambition.
  • Internationally and nationally mobile.
  • Speak English fluently.
