BAT MEXICO IS SEEKING A FINANCE GLOBAL GRADUATE

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to enhance your Financial and Commercial skills - gaining a deep understanding of the market dynamics and how BAT Finance departments collaborate for outstanding business outcomes.

Reports to: Growth Management Manager

Reporting Level: Managerial

Geographic Scope: Mexico and Central America

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Preparing various analytical and management reports for the business accurately and punctually
  • Providing visibility, insights, and storytelling through numbers
  • Forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis
  • Supporting ad-hoc financial reports and projects, including new business ventures
  • Driving continuous improvement, having a consumer-focused approach, and being a team player
  • Developing solid cases to support key investment decisions
  • Conducting monthly financial forecasting with variance analysis
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements in key financial processes

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in Finance or related areas
  • Fluency in English (Advanced)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
  • Experience in FMCG sector
  • Intercultural competencies derived from international exposure
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking, with data mining and consolidation abilities
  • Drive for excellence, proactive nature, comfortable with ambiguity, and influencing partners
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning, willingness to develop new skills, and proactive attitude
  • Initiative-taking and clear communication
  • Strong academic performance and leadership demonstration
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Curiosity, ambition, experience with SAP and/or BI-Excel (advanced)
