En Punta Blanca Beachfront Suites estamos en búsqueda de Recepcionista (turno vespertino)

Responsabilidades:

  • Dar la bienvenida a los clientes a su llegada y confirmar las reservas
  • Actuar como punto de referencia para los clientes que necesiten ayuda o información, y atender sus deseos y peticiones
  • Comprender las necesidades de los clientes y ofrecerles soluciones personalizadas, sugiriendo actividades e instalaciones proporcionadas por el hotel
  • Conocer a fondo las instalaciones del hotel y los locales y empresas cercanos para hacer las recomendaciones apropiadas
  • Hacer arqueos de caja chica
  • Gestionar las reservas de los diferentes motores de búsqueda y reservaciones directas
  • Cobrar a los clientes de restaurante y hotel
  • Llevar los registros y controles de los cobros de restaurante y hotel

Requisitos:

  • Dominio del inglés, se prefiere personas con conocimientos de varios idiomas
  • Excelentes dotes de comunicación
  • Capacidad de realizar varias tareas a la vez y de gestionar bien el tiempo
  • Aptitud para resolver problemas con una orientación centrada en el cliente
  • Organizado
  • Detallista
