Guest Services Executive for Luxury Villas

We are looking for someone to take on a very detailed oriented guest communications position.

The job entails making initial contact with our incoming guests (once they have a confirmed reservation) and arranging every detail of the guest experience including:

Airport transport, private boat taxi or ferry arrival to the Island.

Sending and receiving grocery shopping listings, taking a pre-stock order for groceries and alcohol (pre-arrival), reserving private chef experience with our in-house chefs, confirming menus including food allergies and preferences, arranging details for special events; hiring bands, mariachis, fire dancers, magician, ordering cakes, any necessary rentals of chairs tables etc., dance floors, flowers, spa, massage and yoga.


  • Responsible for calculating guest food and beverage invoicesand ensuring guest has the information prearrival
  • Responsible for calculating guest transport services
- and ensuring guest has the information pre-arrival

  • Responsible for pricing entertainment and spa details

Communication with the villa teams:

This communication is most important for smooth arrival and over-all experience for the guest. Communicating the guests detailed schedule with our on-site housekeeping, chef and concierge teams to ensure the villas are ready and our teams can execute the details providing a smooth and fluid experience.

Front desk concierge and housekeeping:

  • Communicate every detail of the guest schedule 3 days prior to arrival number of guests, guest schedule.
  • Be available to answer questions and troubleshoot logistics.

Kitchen communication:

  • Make chef schedule for each group
  • Creating and confirming chef schedule and menu details including food allergies
  • Communicate schedule and deliver shopping lists to chefs 35 days prior to arrival.

Vendor scheduling and confirmation:

  • Make all reservations with approved vendors for Airport and ferry or taxi boat transportation
  • Stay incontact with all parties involved in the transport to ensure a smooth pickup and arrival at the villas
  • Reserving/Confirming golf carts
  • Reserving/Confirming spa reservations
  • Reserve/confirm entertainment/flowers/ dinner reservations/ party rentals, etc.

Required Skills:

  • 90% proficiency in English language
- both verbal and writing

  • 90% Spanish speaking skills
  • Excellent communication

  • Problem solving and guest complaint resolution skills
  • Being able to anticipate any problems and solve

Technical skills:

  • Excel
  • Google drive
  • What's app communication with onsite villa teams and guests
  • Record keeping both on a company computer and in the shared Google Drive
Full time 8 hours position on-site work.

3 months training and trial period.

Initial salary:
$13,000 mxn.

Comissions after 1month of the trial period.
