Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for followup activities for projects involving interaction with various areas of engineering, finance, human resources, maintenance, IT and Project Management.
- Generate Training Material (Guides, Process Flows, Recordings, Presentations) during the implementation of a new digital platform for ETEC.
- Contact point with engineering teams for ticket resolution and requests involving the above mentioned support areas.
- Work on internal communication campaigns related to ETEC strategy and knowledge of each of the vertical.
What Skills You Need:
- Advanced English oral and written.
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Office.
- Selfmanagement, High level of organization, Teamwork, effective communication, extroversion, negotiation, pressure management, multitasking and influence without authority.
- Basic financial knowledge: Statement of profit or loss, balance sheet, budget and capital management, cost control.
- Internal campaign design and communication skills.
- Knowledge and Operation of equipment such as photo and video cameras, drones, design software.
- Sixsigma and slender manufacturing insights.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Knowledge in Project Management.
- Programming knowledge: Power BI, Macros, Database Automation.
- Delight in designing and executing communication strategies.
- Previous experience in ETEC and/or automotive industry.
Education:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Financial Management or Mechanical Engineering or Marketing or Design.
