Summary and Scope
We are looking to add a Human Resource Analyst to support the Employee Services team. The role will focus on personnel administration and talent management.

This will include, but is not limited to:
onboarding, records and compliance, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.

This role reports to the People Operations Manager and will be a hybrid position based out of our Mexico City office.


Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding activities including scheduling, conducting training, completion of paperwork, and tours
  • Assist in managing the onboarding checklists for each new hire. This includes, assisting Talent Acquisition & Employee Services in preparing new hire documents, scheduling, etc
Assist with benefit, processing paperwork, and answering inquiries

  • Provide administrative support reporting, employment verifications, and exit and stay interview
  • Analyze departmental and organizational peoplerelated data and prepare reports and correspondence
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance of personnel files, leave of absences, and benefit plans
  • Support engagement efforts through event scheduling and planning, and data analysis
  • Provide general administrative support to the Employee Services and Office and Facilities Teams

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all personnel matters
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to complete all assignments with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner
  • Ability to analyze data, present findings and make recommendations
  • Exceptional presentation and English communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong customer service skills and confidence to interact with all levels of employees throughout the organization
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite.
  • Selfdirected team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and take on additional responsibility
  • Resultsdriven, detailed oriented, and strong organization skills
