The
Receiving Analyst is the responsible to capture information in the system of the material received, generate sard labels and the input report, control the file of supplier referrals, follow up on the instructions and procedures of the area for receiving materials, generate reports of unloaded units, reconciliations, length of stay.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the capture of the documents of the material received.
  • Ensure that the procedures that quality requires for the area are carried out.
  • Check the status of the materials.
  • Identify the material received.
  • Keep track of the supplier referral file.
  • Follow up on documents pending capture.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role for a warehouse receiving materials.
  • Basic knowledge in SAP and Excel.
  • Desirable basic English level.
