Job Description Summary:


Como Becario de Servicio, serás responsable por las actividades y procesos que ayudan al equipo de Entregables de Servicios a alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.

Siguiendo un estandarizado proceso secuencial de tareas y/o actividades que deben ser realizadas una a una para llegar al resultado final del atendimiento en tiempo y forma de nuestros clientes.

Desarrollar y obtener experiência en un ambiente laboral exigente y de alto nível profesional.

Qué vas a hacer:

  • Desarrollar un gran nível de autodisciplina y autogestión, para la organización y priorización de las diversas tareas a cumplimentar en plazos muy definidos y acotados de tiempo.
  • Mantenimiento de nuestras bases de datos relacionadas a los sistemas funcionales y operativos para el negocio y el área de ventas (Service Max, ERPs, etc.).
  • Resolución activa de problemas en base al seguimiento de los procesos y procedimientos específicos para cada caso.
  • Colaboración con la Direccion y Gerencia de Servicios en la creación de Tableros de Comandos y análisis de datos históricos y proyecciones.
  • Formar parte y también propulsar un ambiente de trabajo cordial, basado en la confianza y transparencia en el manejo de la información y los datos. Promoviendo el trabajo en equipo y con alto grado de enfoque al cliente, como prioridad máxima.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Estar cursando una carrera universitaria a fin con las expectativas del rol (Administración de Empresas, Cadena de Suministro, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial o afín).

Comunicación efectiva y fluida en inglés
:

  • Efectivo manejo del tiempo y habilidades de organización y coordinación de tareas múltiples.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación tanto oral como escrita.
  • Carácter firme para liderar las actividades que serán gestionadas por este rol.
  • De actitud proactiva y con capacidad de operar de manera independiente.
  • Habilidad de rápida identificación de problemas, creando soluciones acordes y siendo capaz de trabajar en base a claros objetivos con tiempos definidos y acotados.
  • Amplia capacidad de un buen y coordinado trabajo en equipo.

Que sería bueno si tuvieras:

  • Habilidades de influencia, adaptabilidad a los cambios, negociación y resiliencia para encarar problemas de manera proactiva y constructiva.
  • Habilidad para manejar documentación critica.
  • Experiência en el área de Cadena de Suministro (Supply Chain), ejemplo: Operaciones, Aduana, Logística, Compras (Sourcing), Servicios.
  • Manejo fluido tanto oral como escrito del idioma portugués.
