Local: Ciudad de México

Purpose: As a Sales Training Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic training initiatives, empowering sales teams. Your contribution will be fundamental to the sustainable growth and continued success of Galderma in the Latin America Region.
You will be responsible for developing, organizing and implementing training programs led by the Global team and ensuring applicability to each reality of the countries in the LATAM region, as well as monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.

Responsabilities:

· Development of Training Programs:

Create and implement customized training programs for sales teams.

Adapt, customize and implement training programs led by the Global team and ensure applicability to each reality of the countries in the LATAM region.

· Needs Analysis

Identify skills and competency gaps in teams through performance reviews and collaboration with team leaders.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with team leaders, sales managers and other departments such as medical, marketing and human resources to ensure an integrated approach to training development.

· Implementation of Training

Manage and conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtual, using innovative methods and educational technologies.

· Impact Assessment

Measure the effectiveness of training programs through post-training performance assessments and adjust strategies as needed.

· Development of teaching materials

Create and maintain up-to-date teaching materials, including manuals, presentations and online resources

· Continuous Training

Implement continuous training programs to keep up with market developments and keep teams up to date on products and sales strategies.

· Product release

Prepare and implement training programs for the launch of new products in your lines.

· Feedback and Coaching:

Provide regular feedback to sales teams, offering support and coaching for professional development.

Requiriments:

· Solid experience in sales training.

· In-depth knowledge of sales processes and training techniques.

· Proven ability for cross-functional collaboration.

· Strategic Planning, Organization and strong execution

· Bachelor's degree in business or health

· MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business areas.

· Native Spanish

· Fluent English.
