SS Senior Professional Junior Accountant

Join the K Family Queretaro, Mexico as GBS SS Junior Accountant

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and supporting accounting activities to ensure process compliance across regions, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, driving improvement initiatives, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, forecasts, and meeting statutory requirements, while providing guidance on accounting and corporate policies.

  • SS Process Owner for GBS Global FnA Delivery & Network
  • Interact with peers across various functions within the organization
  • This role is based in Queretaro's GBS office
  • You will have significant exposure within the company, collaborating with Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors from diverse areas

A Preview of Your Responsibilities

  • Undertaking operational tasks such as forecasting, financial reporting, and reconciliation for stakeholders
  • Engaging in the implementation of new initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Fostering collaboration with the operations team, ensuring seamless coordination for daily, monthly, and weekly activities
  • Executing operational activities and overseeing end-of-month, quarterly, and annual closures
  • Providing assistance in resolving issues related to activities carried out by third-party entities

Your Success Recipe

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with advanced problem-solving abilities
  • Strong background in accounting and analytics
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, SAP, and other financial tools
  • Proficiency in English is a must
