If you're prepared to bring your A-game, come be a part of the Finance team as an SS Sr Professional Jr Accountant. You'll handle and support accounting tasks to ensure compliance processes across different regions. This involves conducting financial analysis, creating reports, leading improvement projects, and managing KPIs, SLAs, forecasts, and statutory requirements. Moreover, you will provide guidance on accounting and corporate policies. In this role, you'll need to build relationships with peers across various functions within the organization, giving you exposure to Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors from different areas.

This hybrid role is situated in Querétaro – GBS site with an office presence of 3 days per week and 2 days remote work – subject to change. Depending on your performance, you'll have the chance to advance in your role. Additionally, during your office days, you'll have access to complimentary snacks representing the brands we take pride in.

A Glimpse of Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Tasks: Execute forecasts, financial reporting, and reconciliations for stakeholders.
  • Process Enhancement: Engage in implementing new initiatives and enhancing processes within your control, advocating for simplification and automation.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Establish partnerships with the 3rd operation team, coordinating them to provide input and information for regular activities.
  • Financial Closure Review: Conduct reviews of end-of-month, quarterly, and annual closures.
  • Issue Resolution: Aid in resolving issues in activities performed by third parties.

We Seek a Candidate With

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of previous experience in similar roles.
  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills, advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong accounting and analytical background.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP and other financial tools.
  • Must have proficiency in English.
