Order management specialist(Order processing)Se asegura que el cliente este correctamente atendido solucionando y dando resultados con un alto sentido de responsabilidad en un corto periodo de tiempo.Revisar constantemente Sales Force para detectar y darle solución a los casos de transferencias, RMA's y órdenes de venta. Las transferencias son realizadas por medio del programa AUTO. Los RMA's, así como órdenes de venta son generados en Oracle.
  • Se encarga de crear números de serie por medio de Install Base de Oracle, para equipos que no tienen visible el número de serie.
  • Dar soporte a clientes en el manejo de cuentas por medio de la página web de la compañía.
Guiándolo y entrenándolo para hacer transacciones como RMA's/órdenes y transferencias en el mismo portal.
  • Dar recepción y manejo de órdenes de venta RMA.
  • Seguimiento a la recepción y manejo de órdenes de venta RMA.

Requisitos
  • Carrera profesional o trunco
  • Experiênciamínima de 2 años en puesto similar.
  • Inglés Avanzado.
- Manejo de CRM, Oracle / Sales force
