Supervisor de Mantenimiento en nuestra Unidad de Negocios de
Powertrain con sede en
Aguascalientes, México.
En este puesto serás responsable de Administrar los recursos del departamento de Mantenimiento que están bajo su responsabilidad, cumpliendo con los objetivos y procedimientos de la planta referentes a seguridad, calidad y producción, motivando al personal, tomando acciones correctivas y de disciplina operativa; vigilando siempre el correcto funcionamiento de la maquinaría, el equipo e instalaciones de la planta.
Responsabilidades clave
- Administrar las actividades de los Técnicos a su cargo.
- Verificar el desarrollo de las actividades de mantenimiento
- Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de la Operación
- Elaborar reportes de la Administración del área
- Establecer comunicación con otras áreas
¿Qué te hará exitoso(a) en esta posición?
Conocimiento técnico de las partes de la maquinaría (servo motores, motores, bancadas, carros, guías).
Conocimiento de Interpretación de planos
Conocimiento de Herramentales
Análisis Estadístico
Indispensable conocimiento en procesos de extrusión, procesos de Forjado asi como Hornos y Prensas.
