Sr Channel Sales Rep

Responsible for the administration and follow-up of the actions of the assigned territory, of sales, profit and the achievement of objectives of end customers and Channels. Directing the efforts with the sales force of the distributors and promoting the consumption of the HPPE line products in the end users.
Key Responsibilities
Territorial development:
• Achieve or exceed the AOP (sale goal) according to the parameters of the business plan
• Sales development in specific markets of your region i.e. Oil and Gas or mining or automotive.
• Develop business plan (Strategy) of distributors in your area that help achieve your business objective.
• Determine the real sales potential of the assigned territory.
• Mapping of the region, leading to the development of new channels or new end customers.
• Business generation with new opportunities.
• Develop a competitor analysis
• Participation in Expo's, Tradeshows and security weeks in the assigned region.
Channel development:
• Train or ensure that channel salespeople are aware of HPPE products.
• Preparation of value proposals in the participation of tenders, annual contracts, product exchanges with a technical base supporting the distributor.
• Support the distributor in the field for the generation of business, surveys in the end user's production line to support the channel of the correct crossing of the skus to offer.
•
• Strategic use and application of the marketing fund allocated/earned by the distributor.
• Effective communication of Sales Policies between distributor and Honeywell.
• Administration of special prices of distributors and commercial agreements and monitoring of consumption derived from the same special price.
• Push to achieve distributor goals so they can achieve Rebate.
• Administration of annual fee per distributor and per region, as well as per business line.
• Administration of price list by purchase amount.
• Realization of sales forecast together with the distributor.
• Any requirement generated from agreements with end users or with the channel's sales network.
• Carry out corresponding minutes to allow monitoring of the commitments of both parties.
• Channel administration, reporting delivery times in case of delays, pending back order, special manufacturing, returns, promotions and special prices, etc.
• Management of guarantees, quality claims and returns or RMA's.
• Reconciliation of collection between Honeywell finance departments with Finance distribution (CH , C1)
• Analysis of extensions of credit by system
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
• 2+ year of experience in PPE Sales
• 2+ years of experience in distribution
• NOM and Safety Regulations.
• Advanced Level of English
