About the role:

Responsible for operational customer service management, supporting delivery of a world class customer experience for our customers.

This individual will be required to demonstrate customer service abilities and interpersonal skills. They will proactively manage internal and external customer requirements to enhance the consumer's experience.

What would you do?:

  • Maintain professional, timely and effective communication with all parties.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of consumers business, relevant products, the market, internal contacts, and suppliers.
  • Maintain SOPs are needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure high level of support to consumers.
  • Exhibit strong problem solving and independent decisionmaking abilities.
  • Demonstrate ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Remain fully flexible to meet business requirements and demands.

What will you need to be successful?:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment, preferably with customer care experience.
  • Continuous Excellence/ Continuous Improvement experience preferable.
  • Advanced English (is a must)
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP and Salesforce experience preferable
