Propósito:


Implementar sistemas que mejoren los procesos de Manufactura a través del uso de herramientas del MPS/Lean para sustentar la productividad, reducir perdidas, control de scrap, eficiencia y todas aquellas pérdidas prioritarias identificadas en el proceso productivo.

Esta función comprende la interacción con áreas tales como Manufactura/ Lean Manufacturing, Planificación, Ingeniería, Investigación y Desarrollo, Calidad, SHE en base a las herramientas y sistemas asociados de cada área.


Soporte principal al sistema de Mantenimiento Autónomo e implementación de la ruta SDW,Soporte y seguimiento al Sistema de Gestión Diaria (SGD) para asegurar la directriz de resolución de problemas y mejora continua.

Debe asegurar que se garanticen los sistemas que dan soporte a los estándares y procedimientos de auditorías de seguridad, calidad y auditorías que correspondan al área de acuerdo con los estándares globales de SC Johnson.


Principales Responsabilidades_:
_**- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de los NO negociable SDW (SGD, CL, PM, LILA y 5's).

  • Implementar iniciativas de reducción de pérdidas a través de las herramientas de Kaizen y Loss Team.
  • Garantizar la implementación y desarrollo de herramientas de análisis de causa raíz (RCA)/ VOCA, PS, 8D.
  • Desarrollar iniciativas para reducir los níveles de desperdicios/ Scrap.
  • Identificar las oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia operativa (OEE) de las líneas de producción.
  • Participar activamente en el desarrollo de iniciativas y estrategias de ahorros.
  • Implementación y gestión de los sistemas de entrenamiento a través de diferentes herramientas.

Perfil Profesional:

  • Licenciatura en, Ingeniería Industrial, mecánica, mecatrónico, química o a fin
  • Experiência en procesos de fabricación, preferentemente relacionados a procesos de llenado Aerosol.
  • Experiência en el uso de aplicaciones como Microsoft Office Avanzado, Entropy, SoftExpert y SAP R/
  • Inglés Intermedio/ Conversacional

Habilidades:

  • Capacidad de comunicación con los diferentes departamentos, así como seguimiento al cierre de acciones.
  • Habilidades de organización, así como de actuar bajo presión y manejar múltiples prioridades que compiten con las demandas.
  • El dominio de la mejora de procesos y sistemas.
  • Capacidad analítica de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos incluyendo métricas de procesos de negocio.
  • Conocimiento general de procesos y herramientas de áreas de soporte.
  • Capacidad de análisis para detectar, corregir anormalidades y causa raíz en los procesos.
  • Liderazgo en Equipos Autónomos de Producción (10 o más personas por tripulación).
