Responsibilities

SC Finance CRM Manager

Main Purpose
This role supports the Commodity Risk Management team, responsible upholding the Commodity Risk Management Framework.

This role will serve to fill a gap within our existing processes and be responsible for validation and confirmation of commodity buy plans & supplier coverages.

The role will liase with Commodity Buyers and be responsible data collection, data quality control, data validation, reporting and analytics.

The role will also require administrative oversight to the new Compass Platform, which is an end to end tool for monitoring commodity purchasing and compliance.

The Associate Manager is expected to lead a team of 2 analysts who will work directly with function finance.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Lead overall team of analysts to manage workload and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Provide administrative capabilities for Compass (Commodity Automation Portal). Actions include governance of accesses and roles, ad hoc support for back end updates.
  • Validate inmonth commodity coverage and provide support via trade validation and matching to supplier confirmations.
  • Reconciliation of supplier coverages to Compass System for Global Reporting.
  • Review commodity buy plans across 2 dozen playbooks to ensure accurate statement of data in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Learn and integrate new capabilities to enhance existing and future workstreams.
  • Serve as the key GBS point of contact to sector and global teams for operations data measures and calculations for performance tracking and reporting, providing adhoc data pulls when necessary.
  • Support identification, collection and reporting of appropriate global metrics to track productivity performance and drive improvement [Make decisions and execute actions relative to the accountabilities].
  • Provide insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform adhoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations [Make decisions, provide consultations to sector teams and execute actions relative to the accountabilities].
  • Cross functional / sector collaboration to drive synergy on data analytics workssteams [Make decisions, provide consultations to sector teams and execute actions relative to the accountabilities].
  • Adhoc requests from Global/Sector leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirement

  • 36 years of experience with bachelor's degree preferably in Data & Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
  • Prior experiences and knowledge in one or more key PepsiCo Financial/Operation area (Finance, Operations, etc.).
  • Experience in data analytics and modeling utilizing PowerBI.
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage others and drive results to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into graphical or visual form for effective communication.
  • Proven proficiency in attention to detail, schedule management and organizational skills. This includes the ability to work in a very fast paced environment with multiple initiatives at various stages at any one time, ability to handle many workstreams at once.
