Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

This dynamic Associate Account Executive role requires a person with a do-what-it-takes attitude who can wear various hats from conception, brainstorming, evaluating design and creative ideas, providing strategic planning, and being the liaison between the content design team and the brand team. In this role, you will be the face of the in-house content development team for PepsiCo Foods North America that is driving creative visioning of multiple communication assets in this fast-paced environment. It is imperative that you are detailed-oriented, can anticipate and solve problems, build client trust, and meet stringent deadlines.

Your Impact:

As Content Account Executive your responsibilities would consist of

  • Kick-start time-line development by providing a due date and client mandatories to project management and ensure that the timeline meets both team and client needs.
  • Lead overall growth and development of accounts across PepsiCo Foods North America portfolio of brands.
  • Translate the brand teams or shopper marketing teams' brief to the creative / design team.
  • Apply your experience and understanding of agency processes to encourage constructive and proactive planning.
  • Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service, and a solid client/in-house agency relationship.
  • Keeping management informed of the status of his accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
  • Inform and review project estimates to ensure they're realistic, comprehensive, and fit within the overall Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Uses knowledge of advertising production processes in all media (TV, print, radio, outdoor, digital, branded content).
  • Insures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.
  • Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
  • Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience

  • Marketing professional with at least 3 years in an agency or Consumer Packed Good account management.
  • Language proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for this role (Fluent English communication skills are compulsory).
  • Strong track record of demonstrating the ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with a detail-oriented lens.
  • Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative / design teams and managing agency product.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision-making.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Project Management Tools desirable.
  • Leadership: Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
