We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to play a pivotal role in driving strategic collaboration between internal brands, clients, and creative teams. As a key liaison, you'll lead multi-channel engagement initiatives, infusing your strategic vision and creative prowess into every project. Your Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will:

Drive Content Excellence : Shape the narrative of our brands by contributing to the development of compelling content that resonates with our audience. Strategic Vision : Spearhead the development of engagement strategies, guiding projects from conception to execution with finesse and insight. Client Relationship Management : Be the linchpin in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring impeccable service and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. Operational Excellence : Keep projects on track and teams aligned, ensuring timely delivery of plans, campaigns, and projects that exceed expectations.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (marketing, communication, advertising, etc.)

Experience

Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; Consumer Packaged Goods Experience is a must for this role. Knowledge of Power-Point, Teams, Excel, Share-point and Project Management Tools is a must ADVANCED ENGLISH ESSENTIAL – must be able to carry out daily activities in English

Skills:

Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens. Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative teams and managing agency product. Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction. Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making. Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
