- Revisar las instrucciones de llenado y empaquetado al arranque de la línea. Asegurar que los materiales empaquetados estén disponibles. Asegurar que el Equipo de Protección Personal correcto esté disponible y que se entiendan y se cumplan otros procedimientos de seguridad. Solicitar ayuda al Supervisor, si es necesario.
- Asegurar que la línea esté configurada correctamente según las instrucciones de llenado y empaquetado. Ajustar la línea según sea necesario o solicitar apoyo al Supervisor o al Técnico de Mantenimiento.
- Operar equipos de llenado y envasado continuamente. Los tipos de equipos pueden incluir etiquetadora de mangas, máquina de cinta, codificadores de barra, impresora de inyección de tinta, llaves manuales, sellos de mano, paletizadores y prensas de tapa, etc. Ajustar el equipo para controlar el peso, los cierres o demás, según lo requerido por las especificaciones.
- Realizar todas las operaciones en las líneas, incluidas las líneas de carga con contenedores vacíos, etiquetado, llenado, tapado, generación de codificadores de barras, toma de muestras, mantener el área limpia y organizada y otras actividades relacionadas.
- Participar activamente en Kaizens, 5S y proyectos especiales.
- Identificar continuamente oportunidades para la eliminación de desperdicios de sistemas y procesos.
- Completar y documentar las actividades que miden la calidad y la productividad de manera precisa y oportuna. Esto podría incluir tomar pesos y realizar pruebas de calidad básicas. Ingresar los resultados en papel o en computadora.
- Completar la tarea de empaque y llenado cumpliendo o excediendo los estándares.
- Ayudar con el cambio de línea, incluida la recolección de agua de lavado.
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro.
Detalles de la posición:
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos de 8 horas (Matutino y vespertino) de lunes a sábado.
Calificaciones mínimas:
Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente/ Bachillerato
Un año de experiência en planta o almacén.
Capacidad para usar matemáticas básicas, incluidas sumas, restas, multiplicaciones, divisiones
Demandas físicas:
Debe ser capaz de levantar hasta 25kg y de arrastrar hasta 60kg
