The Role:

Training Area Designer, you will be responsible for creating assets and materials used in our operation area call center, back office, KYC. Your role will involve designing visual aids, presentations, simulations, videos and interactive modules to facilitate effective training sessions. You will collaborate closely with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure that training materials meet the needs of our operation center environment. Your creative skills and attention to detail will be essential in developing engaging and informative content to enhance the learning experience of call center agents and operation people.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop visual assets such as presentations, infographics, diagrams, and charts to support training content.
  • Design interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and scenarios to simulate real-life call center situations for training purposes.
  • Collaborate with trainers to create storyboards outlining the flow of training materials and interactions.
  • Apply graphic design principles to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of training materials.
  • Produce multimedia elements including videos, animations, and audio clips to supplement training content.
  • Ensure user interfaces for training modules are intuitive and user-friendly, optimizing the learning experience.
  • Maintain consistency with company branding guidelines in all training materials to reinforce brand identity.
  • Incorporate feedback from trainers and stakeholders to iterate and improve training materials continuously.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in call center training and instructional design to incorporate innovative approaches into training materials.
  • Conduct quality checks on training assets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, multimedia designer, or similar role, with a focus on creating training materials.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity and attention to detail with a keen eye for visual design aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, instructional design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
