We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at LHR Américas. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, performance-based training courses for professionals in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and eLearning courses that meet the needs of our clients.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging training experiences.
- Develop Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop training content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- 10 years of experience designing performance-based training for professionals.
- Proven track record of managing L&D projects and collaborating with SMEs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with SMEs to elicit knowledge and manage their deliverables.
- Competitive monthly base salary.
- Monthly overbase of 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits supplement of 20% of monthly base salary after 3 years of service.
- Severance package with a 2-year vest period.
