Your tasks

  • Improve and evolve New Channels service looking for new market opportunities (corporate, associations, prospects, agency groups, ContiShop employees & customer) maintaining channel's profitability level and increasing channel ́s volume
  • Strategy:
  • Definition of the channel's standard business plan for potential clients.
  • Detect opportunities, guide each specialist and client and propose special commercial actions.
  • Customers:
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Seek new potential customers developing a long term business plan.
  • Team Management:
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team.
  • Monitoring of team activities (POS development, Strategy execution, sales achievement, etc.)
  • Define the job profiles required for each position and assure the best fit and implement development plans
  • Act as an ambassador for change within the company, empowering direct reports, peers and staff to meet the highest standards of collaboration and contribution.
  • Executive Presentations & Projects:
  • Prepare executive presentations
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts t
  • Collaboration in assigned projects (internal & external)
  • KPI's
  • Develop a sustainable strategy to accomplish CMC, Total Volume, Volume by Brand
  • Analysis and interpretation of data to find development opportunities
  • Increase market & clients point of sales.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.


Your profile

  • Bachelors Degree (4 year college) + Modern Channel Background
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in sales (focus on retail)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading project teams, direct leadership of people
  • Account Management

  • Office (Advanced Excel & Power Point)
