LABOR Specialist

• The role is responsible to ensure a healthy labor environment being in touch with Union Representatives, identifying any potential risks and attending properly all the Operative Collaborators concerns and processes.

Qualifications:

· At least 4 years of Labor Relations Experience

· Experience working in Union environment

· Knowledge of Mexican labor Law

· Manage of labor problems

· Experience with RIT and CCT

· Experience with Union negotiations

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Attend labor day to day situations as terminations, disciplinary actions, categories advancement, late arrivals,etc


• Participate actively in all the events and activities related with operative collaborators


• Be pending in the shift starting of the arrival of the buses, clocks, lockers and restrooms.


• Attend critical cases.


• Identify labor risks, elevate it and define actions.


• Participate with the Mixed Commissions.


• Collaborate with the pre-payroll process.


• Coordinate internal communication with the DO Area.


• Apply internal surveys to identify gaps and define action plans.


• Update the processes according with Mexican law changes.


• Attend Union Internal Representatives to address their concerns and requests.


• Ensure the application of the RIT
