Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with payment of wages, salaries, and benefits associated with the payroll for administrative employees, unionized employees, and managers. This includes generating information for payroll budgets, audits, and social security plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pre-payroll and capture incidents of the concurrent period.
- Ensure correct payment of employer's obligations in the Collective Labor Contract and with Parker Benefits.
- Verify authorizations for payment with supervisors of the production area, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare accumulated payroll reports to reconcile them against accounting records.
- Generate credit deductions to various institutions such as FONACOT or INFONAVIT.
Requirements
- Two years of payroll and audits experience (Internal & External)
- Advanced English knowledge (Written & Spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineer
- Payroll systems management
