POSITION OVERVIEW:
Carry out various customer service tasks to support FXF Mexico operations, addressing customer requirements such as scheduling pick-ups, providing service details, tracking shipments, identifying and solving issues through available data or escalating to the appropriate source.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Handle customer inquiries concerning service features, delivery procedures, payment processes with maximum attention to customer needs
  • Offer up-to-date shipment details and basic follow-up actions using computer systems
  • Initiate pick-up, delivery, research shipments, provide rate quotes, and handle exceptions
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to laws, regulations, company policies, act as a link between customers and service centers for issue resolution
  • Refer sales opportunities to sales staff
  • Carry out other required tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree or equivalent with 1 year experience in customer issue resolution
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills with focus on operational aspects, credit, billing, collections, tariffs, pricing, and company policies
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
  • Organized with multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and computer operations
  • Clear and articulate speech
  • Outstanding human relations, communication, and telephone etiquette
  • Completion of customer service basic courses
  • Flexible to work different shifts
