- Bachelor Level 8 degree required in mechanical, electrical, reliability engineering, equipment control or related discipline
- Degree with 4 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 2 years relevant experience in equipment or maintenance engineering
- Previous experience in Maintenance Excellence, Total Performance Maintenance (TPM) a distinct advantage.
- 4 years relevant direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience
- Excellent team building, communications, and leadership skills.
- Dynamic team player and can work effectively and proactively on a global team
- Good communicator and fluent in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking.
- Travel 25%
