Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of business process modeling experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of technical writing experience preferred.
  • Understand SAP, or other ERP systems, and how to derive analytics views (facts/dimensions) to support multiple reporting use cases.
  • Experience with CRM capabilities such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc...
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of Jira, Micro Focus ALM, Clarity, ServiceNow or similar.
