Mantenimiento Eléctrico / Instrumentación:
Fallas de control donde se involucran programas de PLC ́s, comunicaciones de redes.
Problemas de configuración de equipos de peso, variadores de frecuencia, arrancadores suaves y Drives (servos o Sercos) así como también la interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, de instrumentos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
RESPONSABILIDADES Es co-responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los principales KPI de manufactura y de mantenimiento del turno.Soporte de turno asignado (Back up), es soporte de coordinar los recursos del equipo tecnico del turno (Tecnico de mantenimiento, Tecnico de servicios, tecnico de valvulas y almacenista) y asegurar los entregables del equipo técnico.
Co-responsable de la comunicación y escalación de los eventos sucedidos en su turno.Es responsable de participar en la entrega de turno (CP0)Co- Responsable de la comunicación y escalación de los eventos sucedidos en su turno.
Es responsable de la entrega de turno (CP0, CP1, CP2, M1, CP3).Mantener los equipos en condiciones optimas, bajo los estandares de Seguridad, BPM.Soporte en la ejecución de los mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y mejoras, con base al programa maestro de mantenimiento.
Soporte para ejecución de proyectos que se asignen a sus areas.Capacitación, desarrollo y entrenamiento del personal asignado en base a la identificacion de Skill Matrix del area de mantenimiento.
Soporte para el diseño del plan maestro de mantenimiento.
Es co-responsable de la administración del presupuesto y refacciones.
Es responsable de asegurar y/o ejecutar los analisis de causa raiz (BDA) detonados en el turno laboradoEs responsable de mantener orden y limpieza de los carritos de herramienta, talleres y areas de mantenimiento (5s)Es responsable de mantener orden y limpieza de sus herramientas y areas de trabajo (5s)Es responsable de asegurar la gestion de mantenimiento de sus trabajos usando las herramients CMMs (SAP), en cierre de ordenes M2, M4 y M6.Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de su Scorecard de calidad, seguridad, gente, mantenimiento y eficiencia.
