The Role:

Purpose

Accountabilities:


The Business Implementer seeks to promote the retention and loyalty of customers and stations to the SFS business guaranteeing the growth of the business in a sustained manner, is responsible for the fulfillment of the objectives of the business through an intimate customer service.

It is closely linked with the KAMs to provide the necessary support in the implementation of the strategy that allows the entry of new customers into the business, in a balanced and synergistic way, contribute to the achievement of the objectives with the required quality standards, as well as the implementation of initiatives and processes and strengthen relationships with our internal customers, external and strategic partners.


Some specific responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for delivering customer requirements. This includes and does not limit to customization of the account according to the operations of the clients. Restrict stations, load limits, ERP integrations
  • Retain customers by serving our customers to clarify doubts or attend and solve the operational problems of customers.
  • Stays informed about the competitive environment, opportunities and threats to the business and uses this information to support the SFS Mexico sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal areas the followup of customer requests
  • Provide reporting to specific customers, followup to returns of erroneous deposits.
  • Coordination of updating of customer and station files.
Dimensions

Special Challenges

Bachelor of Business Administration, or related discipline ideal but not mandatory.

Customer service experience

Experience in B2B sales area or customer service areas.
