Principales Roles & Responsabilidades

Gestión de Personal
Supervisar las competencias de su equipo y desarrollar su autonomía (construcción del plan de formación, seguimiento e implementación de acciones formativas).
Asegúrar de que los estándares de reacción se apliquen con rigor y realice el escalamiento de acuerdo con los estándares.
Dirigir reuniones diarias, semanales y mensuales, y organizar la delegación. Realice evaluaciones anuales, revisión de salarios, entrevistas de carrera, planificación de sucesión y brinde comentarios. Comunicar una mentalidad de mejora continua y responsabilidad frente al logro de objetivos. Realizar OJT de sus equipos todos los días sobre los estándares y metodologías implementados. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente. Garantizar el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos. Definir estándares de trabajo con la ayuda de funciones de apoyo.-
Administrar la producción
Ser responsable de la satisfacción del cliente. Ser responsable del desempeño de SQCDM, en términos de logro de objetivos y mejora. Asegurar el uso óptimo de los equipos (OEE). Asignar y verificar acciones correctivas sobre problemas recurrentes con los departamentos de soporte de Planta. Validar mensualmente la capacidad demostrada de su Área. Compromiso diario/semanal del Plan de Producción. En caso de desviación del plan de producción diario, tome las medidas necesarias para recuperarse.

Gestionar la mejora continua
Aplicación diaria de herramientas de Lean Manufacturing. Liderar el análisis y la eliminación de riesgos en la ergonomía del puesto de trabajo. Dirigir las actividades diarias de genba con su equipo, como las contramedidas de los temas TOP 3. Liderar y revisar planes de acción para mejorar el desempeño de SQCDM (reales y objetivos). Ser responsable del análisis de la devolución de la línea del cliente y la solución de los productos.
Administrar el Sistema de Producciones y el plan de implementación para la reducción de costos, asegurando que haya talleres kaizen en curso para mejorar y desafiar por él / ella.
Proponer evoluciones de lay out para simplificar los flujos. Preparar propuesta de presupuesto (incluyendo acciones de formación, inversiones). Administra el presupuesto y asigna los recursos adecuados respetando el perímetro presupuestario. Implementar las acciones correctivas necesarias para el cumplimiento.-
Contribuir a la introducción exitosa de nuevos proyectos
Involucrarse en la industrialización de nuevos proyectos durante todas las fases. Valide la lista de verificación de diseño de procesos Lean para nuevos proyectos.
Requerimientos para el puesto

Grado de ingeniería.

Maestría y certificación six sigma

Experiência:5+ años de experiência en industria automotriz.

Conocimientos y habilidades
- Se requiere experiência laboral previa en la gestión de presupuestos y datos financieros de producción.
Bilingüe, inglés y español, es altamente preferido. Se requiere capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión con demandas competitivas en un entorno de equipo.
