Distribution Manager


Estamos buscando un(a) Distribution Manager altamente cualificado(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo Como Distribution Manager, serás responsable de la gestión y coordinación eficiente de nuestras operaciones de distribución.


Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar y coordinar el flujo de productos desde la producción hasta el cliente final.
  • Implementar estrategias y tácticas para garantizar la entrega oportuna y precisa de los productos.
  • Optimizar los procedimientos y políticas de distribución para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y operaciones para realizar pronósticos precisos de la demanda de productos.
  • Supervisar y gestionar el equipo de distribución, asegurando un alto nivel de desempeño y motivación.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores y socios comerciales clave.
  • Analizar datos y métricas para identificar áreas de mejora y tomar medidas correctivas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobada como Distribution Manager o en un puesto similar.
  • Conocimiento sólido de
    SAP y habilidad para utilizarlo eficientemente en la gestión de la cadena de suministro.
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo rápido y bajo presión.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y guiar a un equipo.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores y socios comerciales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en nuestras instalaciones.
