Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar planeación de actividades semanal de técnicos
  • Realizar planeación de actividades mensuales del área de trabajo
  • Elaborar planes anuales de mantenimiento preventivo del área.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo
  • Desarrollar estrategias para la reducción de tiempo muerto del área.
  • Escalar los problemas del área, basado en el flujo de escalación.
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos en producción
  • Revisar níveles de mínimos y máximos en estock de refacciones de los equipos del área
  • Soporte en áreas de producción.
  • Analizar los problemas de mayor afectación de manera semanal
  • Cumplimiento de los KPI's del departamento.
  • Asegurar el constante entrenamiento del personal a cargo

Habilidades requeridas:

  • Carrera universitaria, electromecánica, mecánica, Ing industrial, o a fin
  • Ingles 80% mínimo
  • 1 a 2 años de experiência en área similar
  • Disponibilidad de horario y rol de turnos
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ordenado, proactivo
  • Comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, manejo de personal
