About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the healthcare industry. As a Patient Care Technician, you will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record patient statistics, including vital signs and laboratory results
- Perform hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic life support certification (BLS) required
- Previous experience in healthcare or dialysis setting preferred
