In this position, you'll have the chance to support Directors and Leaders at Amazon, located in Mexico City.

You'll serve as a seamless extension of the Directors you support and collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants across Amazon.

This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple critical requests from global teams.

The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented planner with a track record of responding promptly and effectively, remaining flexible, and composed.

The individual in this role must comprehend business priorities, proactively anticipate needs, and drive enhancements to boost the leadership team's capacity.

High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information are crucial, along with professionalism when interacting with senior executives both within and outside the company.

The successful candidate should be adept at completing complex tasks independently, reacting swiftly to urgent situations, and taking decisive action even with partial information.

The ideal candidate should excel in teamwork and establish strong working relationships within and outside the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling for teams across various locations
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Handling expense report coordination and submission
  • Organizing and supporting team activities
  • Tracking key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
  • Serving as a liaison for direct reports
  • Managing team space, including moves and reconfigurations
  • Collaborating with leadership, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience
  • 3+ years of senior leadership support experience
  • Executive level calendar management experience

  • Experience in driving process improvements
  • Background in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
  • Developing processes for efficiency
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical skills and process improvement expertise
