We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Spec, IT-Global ERP Product Development to join our diverse team at Baxter Healthcare. In this position, you will oversee the development, testing, and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions tailored to meet our partners' requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze business needs to determine partner requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ERP software solutions
- Ensure software aligns with partner needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize project requirements
- Create and update user guides, as well as offer technical support and address ERP software issues
- Keep informed on the latest industry trends and technologies
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of ERP software development experience
- Familiarity with JD Edwards 9.2, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Orchestrator Studio, SQL, and REST services (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record in developing, testing, and implementing ERP software solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork aptitudes
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
