Responsible for customer satisfaction, generating an execution operations & shipments plans for the weekly compliance on firm orders. Always having as a priority the execution with safety, quality and efficiency.

General Responsabilities:
Weekly traceability and monitoring of firm orders. Always looking to deliver on time (OTD > 95%)

Weekly generation of production plan based on PSI, as well as a weekly shipment plan. (>95% Accuracy)

Alignment of existing oracle part parameters according to ABC rules (GPDT > 98% & Monthly ABC Compile)

Safety Stock monitoring of products shipped to a broker warehouse in Laredo (>95% Accurracy)

Monthly follow up to COGS (Cost of Good Sold) forecasted (FCST > 97% Accurracy)

Lead lean and/or digitalization projects focused on safety, quality or materials (1 per semester).

General Background:

Academic:
Required bachelor's degree in commerce, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field

Data analysis, programming in excel and access

100% English

Desirable Green Belt Six Sigma / Power BI / ERP

Experience: 1 year in Customer Service or related field.
