As a
CUSTOMER SERVICE, you will follow up directly with customers in Apodaca plant, to ensure the correct scheduling of the reception of products, control, and handling of materials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct contact with customers to follow up on incoming, stock, status and output of materials and processes.
  • Receipt and shipment of materials in plant and our internal system for scheduling with production area.
  • Create the production schedule to reach goals.
  • Management and control of materials and inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards established by the company.
  • Procure customer needs and offer solutions.
  • You will report to production coordinator, working on site in our plant.

Qualifications**- Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Administration.

  • Previous experience of 1.5 years in a similar position, desirable in the automotive area.
  • Elementary English.
  • Knowledge of any operating system.
  • Knowledge of IATF (automotive)
