Responsabilidades laborales:

  • Formular y ejecutar estrategias operativas: Responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar las estrategias operativas generales para las tiendas de servicio de catering en la Ciudad de México, asegurando el logro de los objetivos de ventas, métricas de beneficios y satisfacción del cliente establecidos por la empresa.
  • Monitorear las operaciones de la tienda: Monitorear continuamente las operaciones diarias de las tiendas, incluida la calidad del producto, los níveles de servicio, el ambiente de la tienda, etc., para garantizar que los clientes reciban una experiência consistente de alta calidad en cada tienda en la Ciudad de México.
  • Coordinar y apoyar a las tiendas: Establecer una estrecha cooperación con las tiendas en la Ciudad de México, coordinar y resolver problemas surgidos durante las operaciones de la tienda, y brindar el apoyo y la orientación necesarios.
  • Gestión de recursos humanos: Gestionar los recursos humanos para las tiendas dentro de la región de la Ciudad de México, incluida la contratación de talento adecuado, la organización de capacitación, la realización de evaluaciones de desempeño y el diseño de programas de incentivos para empleados.
  • Visión de mercado y ajuste de estrategias: Comprender profundamente la dinámica del mercado y los competidores en la Ciudad de México, ajustar las estrategias comerciales de manera oportuna y asegurar que los servicios de catering mantengan una posición líder en la región.
  • Completar otras tareas relacionadas: Completar activamente otras tareas asignadas por la empresa relacionadas con la gestión en la región de la Ciudad de México.
**Requisitos del trabajo: -
Antecedentes educativos: Se prefiere una licenciatura o superior, con especialización en marketing, administración hotelera, administración de empresas u otros campos relacionados.

Experiência laboral: Poseer más de cinco años de experiência en gestión en marcas de cadenas de café (como Starbucks) u otras industrias relacionadas, se prefiere un profundo conocimiento del mercado de la Ciudad de México.

Habilidades y capacidades: Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo de equipo y coordinación organizativa, competente en el manejo de diversas tareas y desafíos de gestión.

Habilidades de comunicación:Buenas habilidades de comunicación y técnicas de negociación, capaz de colaborar eficazmente con las tiendas de la Ciudad de México, los proveedores y los departamentos internos de la empresa.

Habilidades para resolver problemas: Habilidades excepcionales de análisis y resolución de problemas, apasionado por abordar problemas complejos y desafiantes.

Dominio del idioma: Buen dominio del inglés, competente en comunicación y procesamiento de documentos en inglés para adaptarse a un entorno laboral internacional.
