Job Title
BTL & Events Specialist

Position Purpose

This position will be responsible to coordinate and monitor BTL AutoZone and vendor activations logistics and development, ensuring a proper operation (before, during and after).

This position is co-responsible of BTL Annual Plan by analyzing results and recommend action plan (cities, stores and sesonality) with greater feasibility to perform the activations.

The BTL & Events Coordinator is responsible to develop, coordinate and monitor the proper execution of the circular delivery, and deliver analysis report for BTL results.

This position is responsible to manage, administer and report BTL expense plan, making sure to deliver, forecast, submitt ARSs and process the vendors payments.

This position is also responsible to support in events coordinating logistics, handling attendee databases, managing event budgets, processing payments and invoices, managing vendor funding, participating in venue scouting, and other event management duties.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Supervision, execution and monitoring of AutoZone and vendor BTL activations.
  • Coordinate and execute Organizational Events working with other functional areas (logistics, databases, welcome kits, seating charts, rooming lists, etc.).
  • Followup to stores that request BTL activations to improve performance and track store openings of our competition.
  • Manage events budgets, process invoices, manage sponsorship.
  • Scouting trips during BTL campaigns to measure the performance of our agencies.
  • Scouting venues for company events.
Education & Experience

Level of Formal Education:
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

Area of Study:
LEM, LCC or similar

Years of Experience:
Three to five years.

Type of Experience:
BTL agencies, event organizations in retail

Special Certifications or Technical Skills:
Analytical person
