Sales Specialist:

Responsible for promotion and sales of the medical products portfolio in identify accounts/clients following established procedure and guidelines in assigned geographic area, to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing customers

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare short and longrange sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach nominated targets, monitor and adapt sales activities on regular basis so the objectives can be met.
  • Execute commercial strategy focusing in Go-ToMarket guid
  • Negotiate plan and conditions with customer.
  • Visit existing customers, doctors, nurses, medical key opinion leaders and prospects according guidelines and existing sales processes.
  • Introduce new products/solutions to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients to drive sales expansion and response customers inquiries.
  • Develop and implement product promotion or demand generation activities, such as, product training, product workshops, product handson.
  • Conduct appropriate training/consultancy.
  • Continuously build market knowledge gathering customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
  • Manage indirect channel such as distributors through continuous visits, field joint work plans, Quarter Business Reviews.
  • Coordinate, support and execute trainings for our distriburos channel.
  • Strengthen business knowledge through analysis and working closely with Consumer understanding and Sales team, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Properly report visits and activities using CRM system.

Who You Are:

  • Healthcare professional, Nurse or Business Administration.
  • 12 years of experience in hospital sales.
  • Proven project and product management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others.
  • Experience with CRM (desirable)
