Supply Services Procurement Specialist es planificar y ejecutar la estrategia de abastecimiento para las categorías de gastos de servicios de suministro y liderar la ejecución de nuestros principales objetivos y prioridades comerciales, centrándose en el valor total, la innovación, la inteligencia de mercado, la sostenibilidad y el crecimiento, mientras impulsa el compromiso con nuestros principales interesados.
Responsabilidades:
- Asegurar la implementación de la estrategia de categoría para lograr los objetivos de adquisiciones.
- Analizar e implementar fuertes iniciativas de simplificación del gasto, gestionando y reduciendo la complejidad.
- Liderar y ejecutar iniciativas y procesos de abastecimiento táctico y estratégico según sea necesario.
- Cree y actúe KPI para garantizar la excelencia del servicio de los proveedores y entregar valor a través de programas clave de gestión de relaciones con proveedores.
- Dirigir y realizar un seguimiento de la ejecución y gestión eficaz de contratos.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los procesos de contratación.
- Brindar orientación a las finanzas durante la preparación del presupuesto/LE
- Ejecute inteligencia de mercado para lograr el dominio de los conocimientos externos e integrar las mejores prácticas de adquisición de mercado de su clase.
- Aplique las mejores prácticas de análisis de gastos.
- Fortalezca las relaciones e integre temprano para acelerar las decisiones en todas las áreas funcionales y divisiones.
- Maximice los beneficios de la utilización del sistema Ariba (SAP).
- Realice evaluaciones de riesgos de adquisiciones y active planes sólidos de mitigación de riesgos.
- Manténgase conectado con LATAM/Global Team para alinear el proceso y compartir mejores prácticas
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ingeniero industrial, comercio exterior o carreras afines.
- 3 años de experiência en un puesto de compras o cadena de suministro
- Nível de inglés intermedioavanzado.
- Conocimiento de SAP.
- Deseable conocimiento de Ariba.
- Deseable experiência en compras MRO.
