We are looking for a talented Site PFR Manager to join our team

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage a team of Financial Analysts, being a trainer and mentor of financial analysts.
  • Assign work according to availability, skills and development needs, as well as evaluate performance and provide feedback to the team.
  • Manage the Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis function for all Component entities within Sitio Juárez (including: CES; CEC and CSE).
  • Work closely with the JLC finance team to ensure the appropriate xcharging measures are implemented.
  • Dealing with business partners with management to deliver financial results while identifying potential areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Coordinate financial modeling and analysis in support of business decisions.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or similar
  • Strong knowledge in Accounting.
  • Solid experience with planning, reporting and financial analysis of different entities.
  • Personnel management.
  • Experience in direct dealing with business partners.
  • Ability to communicate at different levels.
  • Familiar with financial analysis for business decision making.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required.

Experience
Significant experience required, including supervisory experience.
