Plant Manager based in Alpha _Plant, Juarez, Chih., Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).


Plant Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an Operations Director.


Your Task will be

  • Administer and coordinates all plant functions to ensure quality is met
  • Ensure execution and compliance with production and quality programs
  • Knowledge in Finance, Quality, Operations, Supply chain, Continuous Improvement, Engineering,
  • Administer materials, capitals, and Human Resources

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Education**:Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field. Master's degree is a Plus
  • At least 5 years of working in similar position
  • Headcount volume management skills of +1,500 employees
  • Analytical mind and excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and leadership
  • Teamwork
