Qualifications

  • Indepth knowledge of Commercial Card Business
  • Financial & Business Acumen
  • Requires analytical & strategic thinking, driving results, and excellent project management skills
  • Ability to develop and strengthen business relationship at decision maker levels
  • Selfmotivated and Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent negotiations and influencing skills
  • Understand high level regional strategic (opportunities, threats) and tactical (e.g, risk, contract, fees) aspects of accounts in portfolio.
  • Ability to quickly understand the complexity and nuances of Amex products across the region and their resources.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships at senior levels of client organization
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally
  • Experience working with Clients (Sales, Marketing, Implementations & Consulting)
  • Pipeline management experience
  • Portuguese language skills will be desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Previous knowledge and/or experience with other markets in LAC will be highly appreciated but not mandatory.
