As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) working on-site in Mexico City , you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

What You'll Be Doing

this role, you'll work to resolve customer technical requests or issues via email or phone calls. Whether it's getting answers from internal clients quickly, getting approvals for case resolution and timely follow up with clients or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one

During a Typical Day, You'll

Bring your passion and love for technology to know what's going on with the latest technology products and help customers.

Answer incoming communications from customers.

Connect and resolve issues with customers using written and verbal communication.

Get in contact with different people and departments to ensure correct follow up.

Available to take inbound phone calls and follow up on outbound cases according to operations needs

What You Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma
  • At least one (1) year of technical support, troubleshooting or customer service experience.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to actively listen
  • Organizational skills

What You Can Expect

  • Starting pay rate of $90 MXN per hour
  • Loyalty Bonus (as of the second year worked)
