Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Receiving calls from clients.
- Answer Incoming Calls customer service Lines.
- Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
- Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
- Suggest products and additional services (sales focus)
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Answers inbound calls within guidelines / goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
- Open-minded, trustworthy, compliance-oriented, flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
